On Good Friday, the 18th of April (red day), the long-awaited Chapter Olympics will take place during the afternoon at KTH's main campus. You'll work in teams to play a series of fun mini-games across multiple areas, including sports 🏃, video-games 🎮, trivia knowledge 🧠, and much more 🌀 — all to defend your Chapter's honor! 🎖️

We'll start at 13:00 and go through many challenges designed to maximize entertainment, where you'll be able to get points for the CS Chapter. Whoever has most points at the end wins a special prize! 🏆

You'll of course get loads of free fika 🍪 throughout the event, and close to the end you'll also get free hot dogs 🌭 for dinner 😋!

This initiative is organized by the International Committees 🌍 of several Chapters (D / E / F / IT / K / Me / MiT / T), along with THS MAIN 🟦, for both Swedish 🇸🇪 and International 🪐 students. Participating is a great way to meet people from all over KTH! 🫂 (...and to show them that your Chapter is better than theirs 😈)

This Sunday (6/4), we'll be playing BADMINTON and the plan is to play matches for 2 HOURS! 🏸

I will bring 8 rackets that you can borrow but we'll rent more if we don't have enough. We have four courts.

I will try to vary the sports in the following weeks. And please come with suggestions for what we can do!!! 💡

On the 12th of April (Saturday), the Sports Committee 🏋️ and the International Committee 🌍 will be hosting a Hike at Tyresta National Park, close to Stockholm. It's a beautiful natural reserve with one of the largest untouched forest areas in southern Sweden! 🌲

We'll meet in front of KTH Entré at 09h30 and take public transportation together to Tyresta, where we'll head out on a ~14km trail 🥾 through nature and passing multiple lakes. 🚣

Near the start, we'll have free lunch 😋 (🔥🌭) and we'll have plenty of fika 🍪🍌 throughout. Overall, it'll be a really fun expedition! 🧭

Are you interested in (re)watching Legally Blonde before ADA's sittning? Are you interested in what Legally Blonde can teach us about how femininity is treated in society? Or are you simply looking for some good snacks and even better company? No matter what, this event is for you.

The End Fight is traditionally a server's biggest highlight, and everyone is of course welcome to participate no matter if you've played on the server or not! (Free diamond gear will be handed out to all players)

This is a recurring project led by METAcraft, with regular "build nights" to make progress one week at a time and eventually recreate the entire KTH. This will be the first build night (or "maiden voyage" if you're extra fancy), so it's definitely not something you want to miss!

You do NOT need to have built with plugins before (or built much at all), but for you veterans we have installed the popular plugins VoxelSniper and FastAsyncWorldEdit. The game version is Java 1.21.4 – more information will follow when the event starts!

Next Monday, March 17, the International Committee 🌍 will be hosting an Enigma Solving Race where you'll work with your friends to solve a series of puzzles as fast as possible. ⏱ This is a fun way to exercise your brain 🧠, show off your skills 💪, and finally prove you'd be a better police detective 🕵️ than your arch-nemesis Carl and his gang. 😈

Each team will sit around a table and sequentially work through multiple enigmas to try to solve a mystery ⁉️, armed only with your collective creativity and logic reasoning (and pen and paper). 📝 Of course, you'll also have another essential tool: plenty of fika! 🍪

This event will take place at 17:30 in V32 (KTH V-building) and you should sign up regardless of prior experience: just give it a shot! You can come alone or with other people; we'll handle the grouping. 🫂

**What is Blodomloppet? **It is a Running Race located on Södra Djurgården that attracts many people.

There will be three classes available for signup:

**How much does it cost? ** 110 SEK or 70 SEK if you are a registered blood donor in Sweden. The registration fee is 350 SEK but the Chapter will subsidize a majority(240 SEK) of the registration fee.

**Why should I care? ** Movement is fun and healthy, independent of your reason for signing up. Whether it is attendance, beating your personal best or to compete against your best friends, Blodomloppet is a splendid opportunity.
