At the meeting by-elections were held to elect a Treasurer and Kingpin. There were also a second reading of propositions regarding Elections, The election process for treasurer and Routines pertaining to chapter president decisions.

The Chapter Meeting decided:

Election of Treasurer

to elect Jakob Arvidsson as Treasurer. In accordance with the by-laws §1.10 Jakob Arvidsson becomes an authorized signatory through the role as Treasurer. Authorized signatories are allowed to sign individually.

Election of Kingpin

to elect Shapour Jahanshahi as Kingpin.

Amendment of by-laws regarding the election process for treasurer

to approve the proposed amendment to the by-laws.

Amendment of by-laws regarding name change of the by-laws §3.13.6 Urnval

to approve the proposed amendment to the by-laws with the proposed change.

Amendment of by-laws regarding routines pertaining to chapter president decisions

to approve the proposed amendment to the by-laws.

In accordance with our statutes §4.4 Brådskande ärenden and §4.8 D-rektiv I hereby issue a D-rektiv.

It has been a great year with several exciting events — especially to experience the Computer Science Chapters 35 year anniversary!
